Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free plan & free trial

Anita offers a Starter plan that is free forever — no payment information required. Paid plans (Pro and Business) let you evaluate the product risk-free: the Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial, and you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial at no cost.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription, which opens our secure billing portal. When you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You keep access to your paid features until that period ends.
  • You are not charged again after cancellation.
  • At period end, your account automatically moves to the free Starter plan.

3. Refunds

Because the Starter plan and the Pro free trial let you fully evaluate Anita before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time after a cancellation.

We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a service issue that prevented you from using a feature you paid for. To request a review, email us at daniel@anitaplatform.com within 30 days of the charge, and include the email on your account and the date of the charge.

4. Plan changes

If you upgrade or downgrade between paid plans, billing adjusts on a prorated basis through our payment processor. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.
